For those of you who don't know me, let me give you some brief information on my background. I make my living in the foreclosure business, and have since 1990. I have earned my reputation as an instructor teaching foreclosure and investment courses. My Real Estate investment experience goes back over 27 years, and I've been buying and selling foreclosure property full time since long before it became the rage it is today. For the last several years I have been teaching others how to do the same thing. I am the only Real Estate Commission Approved instructor to teach Foreclosure in New Mexico, and have written the only Commission approved course on the subject. I also teach Real Estate Investment techniques including IRA investing, 1031 Exchanges, Lease Options and Discounting Notes (Deeds of Trust & Mortgages), throughout the Southwest.
